End-User License Agreement (EULA)

- Introduction
- This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Mad Monkey Wash Incorporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") for the use of the Mad Monkey application ("App").
- License Grant
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal or commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.
- Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
- You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Ownership
- The App is licensed, not sold. We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.
- Updates
- We may provide updates, upgrades, or enhancements to the App. Any such updates will be subject to this Agreement unless stated otherwise.
- Termination
- We may terminate your access to the App if you violate this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting the App and all copies of it.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
- Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
